RESIDENTIAL AND CARE CENTER IN SOBÓW
The designed building is intended for the Residental and Care Center. The aim of the investment is to create a support system for people with disabilities. It was important to create a service in the form of a day or 24-hour stay. A detached, one-storey building with a brick structure, a roof with a slope of 6 ° and 11 °, covered with a seam sheet metal.
FUNCTIONAL PROJECT
The building consists of:
• daily stay - rooms that provide the possibility of weekly services for the old and sick. In this part of the building there are rooms for relaxation, a dining room, a kitchen, a cloakroom, toilets and other rooms necessary for the implementation of the Center.
• 24-hour stay - living quarters with a bathroom.
Accessibility for disabled people is ensured in individual rooms, in accordance with the requirements of the regulations on public buildings.
