PROJECT OF A HOUSING ESTATE IN POZNAŃ

I show an urban project of a multi-family housing complex in an urban structure in the suburbs of Poznań. The plot is divided into three parts. The northern part involves the construction of 3-6-story buildings. The southern part consists of semi-detached and terraced buildings. Through the central part of the plot there is a park, which is a continuation of the tradition of the area. The main assumption of the project was to create smaller quarters around which circular paths run, so as to maintain safety inside the quarter. In each quarter, services and squares with designed greenery have been designed next to the main route. Additionally, two service buildings were designed on two opposite poles: in the eastern part it is an office building, and in the west - a school.
